Students

Welcome
Our student link, Jude Hattersley is a Post-Graduate student at Bath University, and would love to talk to any student who wants to know more about us and our services. She can be contacted at (01225) 851698.

Adopt-A-Student
As a church we want students to feel welcomed and loved (and make sure you don't starve!), so this year we are running an Adopt-A-Student scheme where you can be linked up to members of the church get to know congregation members better (and get fed!). If you would like to be linked up to a family or church member please contact Jude

Services

Together at 10
Our 10 am Sunday morning service has a wide range of ages from children to the elderly with a good mix of singles and families. The service has some liturgy with modern songs as well as hymns.
The Meeting Place
Our 7 pm Sunday evening service, aiming to be an informal ‘Oasis’ time to meet with God and share in fellowship with each other. We meet before the service at 6.45pm for coffee and fellowship. This service is aimed towards students and younger congregation members (18-35 age group). The Music is informal and modern, with sermons following a series for the term, and prayer ministry always available.
If you would like to attend any of our services but have problems getting to Larkhall, please contact us at the office (01225 311637) and we may be able to arrange a lift for you

Get involved

There is scope in our church to get involved as much or as little as you like as a student. There are opportunities to serve in the church with the children’s work, music group, youth work, with the elderly at the day club and helping in our church-owned coffee shop.

At the moment, we are particularly looking for musicians to help us with our evening service. If you have any musical skills (voice, guitar, piano, drums, flute, bass guitar... etc.) and would be interested in getting involved, please see Pam, Carolyn or a member of the music group after one of our services
