
Does God heal today? This is the question we are looking at over Lent this year (March/April). The Gospels are full of examples of Jesus healing people and the rest of the New Testament sees the early church healing people. But what about today? A FEAST FOR LENT
Lent is a 6 week period with the opportunity to put aside the secular and focus on God.
At St. Saviour’s, this year we are doing just that.
Events to feed the Soul in Lent 2019
An emphasis on healing
1) Healing & Wholeness Course
Thursdays in March 14th, 21st, 28th (On the 28th we will meet at Larkhall URC at 7pm instead of St. Saviour’s)
and 4th April
with Rev.d Keith Powell & Revd Nigel Rawlinson.
An opportunity to learn about the power to heal and how to minister in it so it can be a blessing for you and others.

The Healing & Wholeness meeting on the 28th March will be at Larkhall URC church—doors open around 7pm with coffee & tea available

Healing of the Family Tree.
March 31st Healing Service looking at forgiveness and healing
All services will have an opportunity for prayer for healing in body, mind or Spirit.
3) Prayer and Fasting in Lent
Sign up to, pray and fast for 24 hours
7pm Wednesday—7pm Thursday throughout Lent.
Finishing with an option of joining us in the
Fellowship Centre for soup and final prayers at 7pm on the Thursday.
